 My name's Adriana. I don't exactly have a nickname. I'm very variable, sensitive , experience one embarassing event every day, and yet surprisingly mature. Heh. I, along with 186 million other girls in the world, suffer from an inferiority complex. For me, I like to see the beauty in things. I like art. But I'm not all obsessed over it. I like the beauty of it. I have this insane fixation that I will meet my soulmate by chance. Guess I'm not a big believer in slow development. I'm in PRCS's Modern Dance, 3/5. i think it's the font. can i just say how much i love the Twilight Saga? i'm at Breaking Dawn already. and i'm soon nearing the end. that is not really good news, because that's already the end. of the WHOLE saga. of the love story between Edward & Bella. i love their relationship. it's so .. fantastical. it's so .. 'damsel in distress'. it's so .. wonderful. Edward is wonderful. *cue for millions of fangirls to go "EDWARDDDD!"* applaud for Stephenie Meyer. i love Vampire novels. like Anne Rice. But Stephenie's are much easier to understand. her stories unfold so easily, almost effortlessly. her content is so linked, it flows fluidly. but over the past few books, the relationship between Edward and Bella has grown, and deteriorated, too. Twilight - Fateful meeting. Beautiful , really. Blossoming of a relationship. Captivating. New Moon - Jacob enters, Edward leaves. (interesting, especially the werewolves and Volturi) Eclipse - Not so interesting. Pretty mundane, in fact. basically just a filler that links the important factors that will play a role in Breaking Dawn. Only thing that's keeping me reading is Breaking Dawn, and Stephenie Meyer's expertise. Breaking Dawn - The relationship between Edward & Bella is kind of twisted. It's no longer the I'll-creep-into-your-room-at-night-and-sing-you-your-lullaby-till-you-sleep. It's more ... sexual, actually. Haha! Especially when they went on their honeymoon. Sheesh. Sex 24/7 if they'd wanted. ( Except for the fact that Bella was fragile. ) And the birth of Renesmee. Gruesome. It really shows us THE OTHER SIDE of love. The one where you get married. Not much lovey-dovey. More sexual. Urgh. i really miss their relationship in the first book. I need to borrow it again, man! Labels: i'm retarded spelled WE-TART-ED |
